All products are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Please note that customs clearance, import procedures, local regulations, and courier operations may affect delivery timelines.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the type of product:

• Home Décor & Small Accessories: 7–15 business days
• Furniture & Large Customized Products: 15–30 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, destination country regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Tribal Handicrafts has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the high cost of international shipping, all international sales are final.

Refund Policy

If an approved cancellation is accepted before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 25 working days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund eligibility and approval remain solely at the discretion of Tribal Handicrafts, and we reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request where permitted by applicable law.

• Handmade products naturally vary in wood grain, carving, colour, texture, finish, and dimensions. These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
• Product colours may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
• If a shipment is refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties, or inability to complete customs clearance, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, storage charges, payment processing fees, and other related expenses where permitted by applicable law.
